Getting around

How to get around depends on what you want to do or see.

  • Rent a car
  • Take the local busses
  • Rent a bike
  • Walk

With a rental car you have the possibility of getting around as you like. It is easy to get around in a car in Spain. The A7 motor way is a toll road but the N332 is not. It is very  nice taking a drive up or down the coast a drive in the country side, maybe visit Orihuela or Murcia. Are you planning visiting the golf courses a car is to prefer.

If you want a car for the whole stay we recommend Coy’s rent a car or Easy option, with these there is no extra costs. They will meet you in the airport and you return the car in the airport too. If you just want a car for a day or 2 we can help book that with our keyholders. The price is from 10 €/day and the car will be delivered to La Casa.

In Orihuela Costa there is two local bus lines, the Blue one and the Red one. The blue line is the one driving by the golf courses and the shopping center Zenia Boulevard. The Red stops only a few meters from La Casa and can take you to Zenia Boulevard shopping center or very close to the beach.

Maybe you rather rent a bike. If you mostly want to stay in the area of Orihuela Costa, a bike is a good choice. There is only a few km’s to the beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Walking is also a possibility. Nearest grosery shop is within a km.
